Nearly 8 months ago I nervously, on my own, went to try a Boogie Bounce class and haven’t looked back. Looking forward to and going to my classes each week has been and continues to be great for my mental health.

I have been coming to Studio Ten Fitness for around 3 months now. I was looking for something different to do and get me back into exercising when it popped up on my feed and I haven’t looked back! Love boogie bounce and pound and would love to try bungee one day too. Gemma and Leanne are absolutely lovely. Getting back to some sort of exercise has really helped me with my mental health, something I struggle with at times and find exercise really helps. Thank you girls!!

A friend suggested I tried Studio Ten Fitness with her. I have never looked back. I have tried classes I haven’t even heard of before, Bokwa, Konga and Pound! I love them all. It’s also great that there is such a variety so you never get bored. The routines change on a regular basis too. That keeps you on your toes!
