Boogie Bounce Xtreme® is a complete exercise program on a mini trampoline, with a safety T-bar handle, choreographed to an eclectic mix of tracks from across the decades. Boogie Bounce Xtreme® delivers a full body cardio workout that is suitable for everyone. All ages, shapes and sizes. Even complete beginners!
VYPA® is a hardcore, high intensity interval workout combining kickboxing, MMA, sport specific training, plyometrics and boxing.
KONGA® is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of boxing, cardio, dance & sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades.
JAGUA® is a body sculpting and conditioning class with dance. Choreographed to hip-hop, pop, afro and old school music!

BURN!® is a one of a kind choreographed dumbbell workout. Burn! takes 1-2.5kg dumbbells and fuses this with dance inspired movements to shape and sculpt!
TYGA® is a sexy hip-hop, dancehall and afro based workout that combines easy-to-do dance moves with fitness concepts
Bokwa® participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine.
GETLOW® is a beat-driven low impact workout designed to ignite your mind, move your body & improve your well-being. A low impact, low complexity workout for baby boomers, pre and post natal, Gen X, injured/impaired, recovery or rehab.

All classes must be booked and pre paid. No drop ins. No cash.
Our payment options are as follows:
• Studio classes are £5 pre paid when you book online.
• Monthly unlimited membership only £45
(studio and home workouts included) via Direct Debit.
