A friend suggested I tried Studio Ten Fitness with her. I have never looked back. I have tried classes I haven’t even heard of before, Bokwa, Konga and Pound! I love them all. I’ve been coming to Studio Ten on and off for 6 years and although I’ve tried other exercise, nothing compares to how happy I feel when I come here for a class. No matter how long it has been between classes, you’re always made to feel welcome and included.
